Hailing from a developing country and being a first-generation immigrant in the United States, I maintain a deep sense of humility, hunger for growth, and gratitude for my journey thus far. Problem-solving and creative construction have always fascinated me, which naturally led me to pursue a career as an engineer, with a particular focus on Computer Science—a decision I am immensely pleased with. My journey through the Computer Science major has been profoundly fulfilling, and as I approach my entry into the industry in just a few months, my excitement only intensifies.

My name is Myo (pronounced "ME-O") Aung, and I am currently enrolled in the Computer Science program at California State Polytechnic University, Pomona, where I have maintained a commendable GPA of 3.72. My academic coursework and internship experiences have exposed me to a diverse array of programming languages, software development methodologies, and problem-solving strategies. My strengths shine in areas such as data structures, algorithms, and database management systems, which I consider vital for a successful career in software engineering.
